Weird Al Isn't Generic

I wanted to do an oekaki (which I haven't done in MONTHS. Like half a year, maybe), but I didn't want to do anime! It's so boringgggg. So I did some weird style that just came out when I started doodling, and what best accompanies a weird style?! Weird Al, of course! I knew I had to do a picture of him some time. <3
