HT3 - Down the Hallway

THEY NEED TO MAKE A CATEGORY FOR HALF TRADITIONAL AND HALF DIGITAL.

I was undecided about posting the illustrations when they were finished or doing that whole "keep it private other than writing journal until the site needs promoting" thing, but I can't say it makes a difference. There won't be massive traffic just because I post pretty pictures. X3

This is from chapter 3 (a long time ago). Overall, I find myself happy with how I've written He's There, but the beginning was rather awkward and unsure of itself. He's not originally in the hallway and she doesn't stop to hide, but it would've been cooler if he was a blur in the background. We all know he was in there drawing blood anyway.

My phantom's really leaning more towards the horror & mystery side than the romantic, soul-wrenching one. He tends to make people more scared/confused than spell-bound... It makes it hard to empathize with him and hard to see why Lily puts up with it. He's just angry with the world, I guess. He wants to be close to her, it's just hard. I'm trying to work on waring him in.
